At Istanbul Kültür University, a service request system is used in order to be able to track information technology–related malfunction support requests of academic and administrative staff. Software and hardware support is provided for devices that have asset numbers used by academic and administrative staff.
Academic and administrative staff can open a “Support Request” via acadorion.iku.edu.tr regarding the software and hardware problems they encounter.

Features of the Service Request System:
- You can report any malfunction related to your computer through the web interface of the system instead of by phone.
- A “Record Number” is automatically assigned by the system to each reported malfunction. Thus, each reported malfunction is placed in a queue.
- At any time, you can query the status of the malfunction you have reported through the “Malfunction Inquiry” screens.
- You can also see who is handling the malfunction and information about the solution provided through the “Malfunction Inquiry” screens.
