With a UniPass username and password, you can access all the information technology services offered at our university.
How can I change my password?
To change your UniPass password,
After opening selfservis.iku.edu.tr, enter your İKÜ staff username or student number in the user ID field. Type the last password you used in the password field.
Click on the change password link.
Type your old password in the top field. Enter your new password in fields 2 and 3. Your password must consist of at least 7 characters, including at least 3 letters and 2 digits. It SHOULD NOT INCLUDE your name, your surname or user name, your mobile phone number, date of birth, or your Turkish identity card number.
If you do not remember your password, to retrieve a new password:
1- You can use the forgot my password link on the self-service page.
2- If you are a student, you can send an SMS to 2322 from your mobile phone registered at our university with the format "İKÜStudentIDNo TRIdentityNumber.".
3-If you are a staff member, you can send an SMS to 2322 from your mobile phone registered at our university in the format of "İKÜUserName TRIdentityNumber."
Your new password will be sent to the mobile phone number registered in the ORION system.
If mobile phone information is not registered in the system, this information can only be changed by the Registrar's Office.
You can request a new password via selfservis.iku.edu.tr half an hour after the mobile phone number is changed.
