Purpose of the Service Request System

To support all the academic and administrative staff of İstanbul Kültür University and solve computer malfunctions in a faster and more effective way. To provide software and hardware support to the devices with an asset ID that are used by academic and administrative staff.

  1. You can report any computer malfunctions to the "Information Systems and Technology Department" from the web instead of via phone.
  2. Each reported malfunction is automatically given a record number by the system. Thus, every reported malfunction is queued.
  3. At any time, you can query the status of the malfunction from the Malfunction Inquiry Screens.
  4. ​You can also see who is handling the problem and the information about the solution from the Malfunction Inquiry Screens.
