Purpose of the Service Request System
To support all the academic and administrative staff of İstanbul Kültür University and solve computer malfunctions in a faster and more effective way. To provide software and hardware support to the devices with an asset ID that are used by academic and administrative staff.

- You can report any computer malfunctions to the "Information Systems and Technology Department" from the web instead of via phone.
- Each reported malfunction is automatically given a record number by the system. Thus, every reported malfunction is queued.
- At any time, you can query the status of the malfunction from the Malfunction Inquiry Screens.
- You can also see who is handling the problem and the information about the solution from the Malfunction Inquiry Screens.
